Returns & Shipping
LOCAL Pick Up: Pick up is an option at check out, buyer is responsible for picking up the order. We need up to 5 business days to process your order, you will receive an email when your order is ready for pick up. Pick ups can be picked up anytime after email pick up/ready notification between 6am-10pm. (Pick up address in fulfilled email)

Shipping/Taxes: Shipping is a flat $8 priority rate
Returns/Exchanges: No returns. Exchanges within 14 days, (no exchanges after 14 days) you must email Shopwithme@nhboutique.com to approve the exchange within 7 days of receiving! The tags must be attached & items unworn! (shipping costs non-refundable). Buyer is responsible for ship cost to return, unless item is damaged upon arrival. If defective item, please email within 3 business days of receipt. Gift Card Codes will be issued for exchanges, and delivered to the email address on file. All SALE items are FINAL. *No returns on masks, beauty products & jewelry. Hygiene & Self Care Items are not returnable.

Once a package leaves NH Boutique, it is no longer our responsibility. Please contact the shipping company USPS or UPS. They have GPS tracking to see where the package was scanned. If you still need assistance, we will gladly see what we can do to help or get you the information for a claim with the postal service used!
Paid Pick up orders left for 12+ months and not picked up will be donated.
