Returns & Shipping
Pick Up: Local pick up is an option at check out, buyer is responsible for picking up paid order. We need up to 5 business days to process your order, you will receive an email when your order is ready for pick up. Pick ups are available during regular store hours Wednesday-Saturday 10am-7pm! Please make sure to check your spam if you are waiting for an email. If you have any questions please email Shopwithme@nhboutique.com with the subject line “pick up”. We strive for excellent service and will always try to expedite your orders.
Shipping/Taxes: Shipping & Taxes are calculated at checkout. $100+ orders ship FREE!
Returns/Exchanges: No returns. Exchanges within 14 days,(no exchanges after 14 days) you must email Shopwithme@nhboutique.com to approve exchange within 7 days of receiving, and get return instructions (shipping costs non-refundable). Buyer is responsible for ship cost to return, unless item is damaged upon arrival. If defective item, please email within 3 business days of receipt. Gift Card Codes will be issued for exchanges, and delivered to the email address on file. All SALE items are FINAL. *No returns on masks, beauty products & jewelry. Hygiene & Self Care Items are no return able.
